DR MOHD KHIRZAN BADZLI A.RAHMAN

Associate Professor Dr. Mohd Khirzan Badzli A Rahman is a seasoned academic and professional with a diverse background in academia and human resource management. Having previously served as a lecturer at UiTM, he played a crucial role in shaping the educational experiences of students. His commitment to excellence is further demonstrated by his tenure in the Human Resource Department at MARA, where he gained practical insights into the dynamics of human capital management within organizational settings.

With a robust educational foundation, Dr. Rahman holds a Master of Science in Information Management from UiTM, showcasing his expertise in the intersection of information technology and management. Additionally, he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration with a specialization in Human Resource Management and a Diploma in Public Administration, both from UiTM. Driven by a passion for Service Management and Service Recovery, he has become a respected figure in these areas. Currently appointed as an Honorary Associate Professor at the Institute of Business Excellence (IBE), UiTM, Dr. Rahman continues to contribute his extensive knowledge and practical experience to the academic realm.

In his role at IBE, Dr. Mohd Khirzan Badzli A Rahman focuses on bridging the gap between theory and practice in the field of Service Management.
